Do i get multiple execution planners with design options to choose before finalizing?

Our journey starts with an understanding of the requirement and evaluation of the preferred style. This follows with a presentation of three different design concepts. But if you are not satisfied with any of the concepts, which is unlikely then we will happily rework additional designs at no additional charge.

How can I be assured I would like the final project?

We put our efforts to present a scrupulous design that structures and shapes up gradually allowing the idea to materialize progressively in the mind. The conceptual idea once processed in the 3D views of the interiors provides an absolute understanding of what one can expect in the final outcome before the execution begins.

How can you assist in maintaining the final cost of the project?

We provide our clients with a comprehensive and accurate BOQ covering all the detailed aspects, using our services. This estimation is a guideline for our team to proceed further with the aspects finalized. This system helps us in getting the final project completed at a mutually finalized estimated cost.

How can we be assured on the timelines?

Our team is proficient to schedule and work over the construction schedule after the finalization of the turnkey services. Our experts including the site supervisor, the designer in charge, and the project manager adhere to the planned timeline by reviewing and updating the progress reports periodically.

How does one assure of the quality of the end products used?

Quality is the utmost priority for us, and we assure that to each of our clients. Our detailed estimate specifies the brands and grades of materials that are finalized for use in the project. Our trained site supervisors and executors then ensure that the materials received and used are in strict adherence with the approved BOQ and drawing sets. The designer in charge of the project makes sure to visit the site every week to overview the progress. If any discrepancies are found, it is immediately brought to the notice of the project manager.

Am I required to dedicate my time during the process?

A minimum of one to two hours weekly should be good enough for approval of designs, material selection, and review of the progress and development of the project for self-satisfaction.
